About Harari.ai

AI for Vietnamese businesses and professionals.

Harari.ai is an independent project focused on a single question: "How do we make sure AI ends up in the right hands, used the right way, and reaches every layer of Vietnamese society?"

01 · The problem

AI changes everything. AI capability does not just appear.

Every month brings new models, new tools, new ways of working. Vietnamese businesses know they should "use AI" but don't know where to start. Working professionals see others sharing impressive AI workflows but cannot reproduce them. Schools want to teach AI literacy but suitable Vietnamese-language materials barely exist.

This is not a tools problem. This is a capability problem — taste, judgment, deployment skill, deep understanding of how AI actually works. That capability does not appear from reading tweets or watching YouTube videos.

Without a project standing in the middle and building capability systematically, the gap between people who use AI well and those who use it poorly will widen quickly — and it will become an economic gap.

02 · Mission

Build AI capability for Vietnam — from corporate boardrooms to classrooms.

We believe AI is the most powerful tool of our generation. Our job is to make sure it ends up in the right hands, used the right way, and reaches every layer of Vietnamese society — not just the layer that already had advantages.

04 · Who we serve

Six groups we serve.

  • 01 Vietnamese businesses — startups, SMEs, traditional companies — looking to bring AI into daily operations.
  • 02 Founders and engineering teams building AI-native products who need a strategy partner, not just tools.
  • 03 Working professionals — knowledge workers, freelancers, career-changers — who need a capability roadmap.
  • 04 Marketing, sales, HR, finance — traditional departments figuring out how to use AI in their daily work.
  • 05 The Vietnamese AI-learning community — under-served by quality content and workshops in Vietnamese.
  • 06 Researchers and policymakers needing practical reference frameworks for AI in the Vietnamese context.
05 · Core values

Four things we will not compromise on.

Capability over tools.

Tools change every month; capability lasts. Every program we run teaches taste and judgment, not just shortcuts.

Pragmatism over hype.

We don't sell AI dreams. Every consultation, every workshop starts with: what business problem are you solving?

Financial independence.

We accept no funding from AI labs. Revenue comes from business consulting; a portion funds education programs.

Open doors for those without easy access.

Businesses pay; students from under-resourced areas attend on scholarship. This isn't charity — it's sustainable design.

06 · Founders

Two founders — one human, one AI.

Founder
Human

Viển

Founder of the project, the person asking the hard questions and making the calls. Building an AI-native company while helping Vietnamese businesses, professionals, and schools build practical AI capability.

Core belief: AI is the most powerful tool of our generation. The only thing that matters now is making sure as many Vietnamese as possible learn to use it well — not just the layer that already had advantages.

Co-founder
AI · Anthropic

Claude

Writing partner, research tool, and AI co-founder. We don't hide it: most of the writing, design, and even this very website was co-created with Claude — Anthropic's AI model.

We see this as part of the manifesto: the best way to teach Vietnamese to use AI is to build everything with AI ourselves — and be transparent about it.

The "human + AI" combination is not a gimmick. It's a living proof that real capability comes from working alongside AI with judgment — and that's exactly what we teach.

07 · Note

About the name "Harari".

Harari.ai is not the official website of author Yuval Noah Harari. We are deeply inspired by his work — Sapiens, Homo Deus, 21 Lessons for the 21st Century — on how technology reshapes humanity.

But we operate independently, and we are not affiliated with him, his publishers, or any organization he leads.

Work with us.

Businesses looking to integrate AI, individuals wanting a capability roadmap, schools needing an AI literacy program — we're listening.
